When does production start?
Production starts after final proof approval and payment or approved invoice/PO terms.
Can we use a logo?
Yes, if you provide or authorize the logo file. You can also start with a team-name design and send approved logo art before final proof approval.
Can we cancel before print?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund before approving the final proof.
