What does "no calls" really mean?
You never get put on a sales call. Every step — quote, mockup, proof, revisions, shipping — happens by email. We send written quotes within one business day, never a calendar link.
How fast can I have it in hand?
Standard turnaround is 7 business days from proof approval (3–5 production, 3–5 shipping). Rush available; reply with your deadline and we'll tell you in the quote whether we can hit it.
Do you do per-recipient personalization?
Yes — included on the Department Kit tier (50+) and available on Staff Appreciation Pack as an add-on. Send us a CSV of names; we handle the rest.
What if 100+ units or multi-address shipping?
That falls outside the self-serve tiers. Use the quote form below — we'll email a written quote within one business day.
Refunds?
Before you approve the proof: full refund, no questions. After you approve: production has started, so refunds are case-by-case. We don't print until you say go.
